Burdock is seeking a new member for our brewing team who has wine making experience.

Our beers are heavily influenced by the world of wine (as well as other realms of fermentation) and are looking for someone who has experience as a cellar hand or wine maker. 

Candidates should have experience with:

• Barrel maintenance & repair

• Forklift operation

• Strong knowledge of fermentation and yeast microbiology

• Basic beer brewing knowledge (process, ingredients, packaging)
