FINE WINE INVENTORY AND CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Waddington’s, Canada’s most diverse and dynamic auction house, is currently seeking an Inventory and Client Services Manager for our Fine Wine and Spirits Department.

The main responsibility in this position is to maintain Product Inventory Control, which represents over 2,000 lots of Wine and Spirits being auctioned annually.  Also required are strong customer service skills, as well as being detail oriented, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and relational Databases. Learning to value Fine Wine and Spirits is a growth opportunity within this position.

Qualifications:

  • College or University Degree, or equivalent
  • Strong Team Player
  • Self-Motivated with exceptional Organizational and
  • Time-Management Skills and Accountability
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Microsoft Office and Database Proficiency
  • Physically able to lift 40 lbs repetitively
  • Detail Oriented with Strong Written and Communication Skills
  • Valid Driver’s License

* Wine Knowledge an asset
* French, Mandarin or Cantonese an asset
