Who we are:
Sideroad Twenty Cellars is a relatively new company founded by wine industry veteran, Andrew Howard. We are focused on building a Direct-to-Consumer sales route for premium wine producers through a network of connected Wine Brokers and our online store: www.sr20.ca.
We represent 10 Ontario VQA wine producers, have an exclusive and proprietary brand, and an extensive selection of boutique import wines from every corner of the globe.
The opportunity:
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us! Our Marketing and Logistics Coordinator will be an integral part of our expanding business.

Key areas of responsibility include:
Marketing:
- Creating and maintaining relationships with consumers and wine brokers
- Design promotional materials: point of sale materials, posters, broker support tools and online advertisements
- Develop Social Media content (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Writing blog posts
- Assist with planning and executing events (tasting events, trade shows, team meetings, training sessions, etc.)
- Assist with development and planning of Marketing and Public Relations activities
Logistics:
- Coordinate wine ordering and fulfillment process
- Liaison with winery partner operations departments
- Generation of monthly commission reporting
- Liaison with Brokers on product orders and wine advice / food pairing
- Website upkeep – manage product listings and special offers
Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Graphics design experience (Photoshop)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self starter and flexible
- Good problem solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Social-media savvy
- Wine knowledge and passion
- Post-Secondary Education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred
Assets:
- Wine or hospitality industry experience
- Interested, capable and ready to sell wine
- Formal wine education
- Public Relations and/or Social Media training
- Beneficial to have a vehicle
Other:
- Start immediately
- Work from Toronto east end office
- Flexible to travel within Ontario (occasionally)
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends at events
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (the weight of a case of wine)
