TANDEM SELECTIONS (member of Vini-Quatro Group) is looking to add a new member to its team in Toronto.  

Tandem Selections is a leader of fine wines in the province of Ontario in terms of average retail selling price per bottle, and one of the fastest growing companies.  While a major partner to the VINTAGES business unit, LCBO WINES (General List) and Consignment is an ever expanding part of the business.

Vini-Quatro employs over 50 persons across Canada.  Working with 225 wine, beer, and spirits producers from across 50 countries, Vini-Quatro is able offer over 800 products with sales totaling more than $170 million.

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The main role of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is to support the General Manager and the sales team.  Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

-          Weekly sales and inventory tracking reports

-          Managing the various LCBO product call deadlines and the creation of new products applications

-          Liaising with supplier partners to keep product portfolio up to date

-          Development and monitoring of various promotional programming

-          Coordinate and manage in store tastings with LCBO

-          Tracking of promotional budgets

-          Monthly submission of Trade Sample Rebate

-          Keeping price lists and other key selling materials up to date

-          Creative thinking to design and develop new sales tools

-          Managing all aspects of the supply chain process for the Consignment business

-          Continue to build relationship with our media partners

-          Basic maintenance and updating of company website

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

-          Strong work ethic is essential

-          A team player

-          Effective oral and written communication skills

-          Strong attention to details and the ability to multitask

-          Advanced organizational and time management skills

-          Strong PC skills such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

-          Graphic design and knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator / Creative an asset

-          Web design and social media experience is an asset

-          Ability to think outside the box

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

-          Minimum of Three Years of related experience in a similar role

-          Post - Secondary Education in Business Administration, Marketing or Related Field

-          Wine or Hospitality experience is an asset

-          Successful completion of WSET or industry related courses is an asset

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

Base salary commensurate according to experience.  Health insurance: collective plan paid at 50% by employer.  Annual wine allowance of portfolio product.
