Description
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and results oriented individual to fill the position of Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This position requires someone who is a dedicated self-starter, proactive, with attention to detail, and demonstrates strong commitment to being a team player.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Regional Sales Director and supplier base to develop channel strategy and increase sales within the LCBO
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely submissions, correct submission information & samples
- Develop pricing strategy based on competitive set
- Organize samples for tastings and label reviews
- Tracking PO status, samples for photography, lab analysis
- Weekly NISS submissions
- Follow up with suppliers post submission to ensure communication & relationships are maintained
- Work with Planning & Insights Manager to track product performance & recommend action as needed
- Sell sheets and sales tools for Vintages Releases
- Price lists for Sales Team
- Support with Inventory Management
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of Vintages Events and Promotional Materials
Requirements
- A great team player with high level of dedication
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions
- Experience working with LCBO and NISS considered a plus
- Proficient in MS office, strong written and verbal communications
- Solid time management skills with ability to manage time and priorities, must be willing to work over-time when necessary
- Proficiency in English, other languages considered a plus
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
