This role will best fit the individual that thrives in a fast paced, goal orientated environment. If you excel in the world of wine, spirits and beer and have a proven track record of growing sales while cultivating long term buying relationships, then we’d like to hear from you.  

Responsibilities:

 

·        Be accountable for sales results while fostering great working relationships within a diverse account base that includes: government, private retail and on premise locations  

·        Take ownership of all planning, communication, and sales results for your territory

·        Be accountable for meeting quarterly/annual sales targets

·        Maintain accurate records utilizing internal account/sales trackers

·        Manage personal and business expenses throughout your territory

·        Liaise with head office to support key retail and image accounts throughout your territory

·        Travel effectively throughout your territory cultivating a professional face to face call cycle

·        Be available for all festivals, dinners, supplier visits and high profile events across the company’s corporate calendar

 

Requirements:

 

·        Maintain quality business relationships within a defined territory

·        Poses a high business acumen with a passion for all things wine, spirit, and beer  

·        Ability to analyze statistics with strong computer skills

·        Skilled in calculating the company’s return on investment in all situations

·        No driving restrictions and must provide a clean driver’s abstract

·        A valid Canadian Passport with no travel restrictions

·        Available to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays

·        University Degree and/or Equivalent Experience  

·        Ability to work independently while supporting the team in all facets of our business

·        Comfortable presenting to industry groups and customers throughout all channels
