Corporate Sales Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Legacy Liquor Store’s Corporate Sales position includes but is not limited to: building and managing sales with local businesses and speciality clients; working closely with existing corporate and specialty clients to ensure their needs are met; managing, developing, and overseeing logistics of  web sales and phone orders, including checking picked orders for accuracy and ensuring deliveries are completed in a timely fashion; working on new promotions /marketing / sales techniques with management team; providing high end sales and service both on- and off-site; planning, managing, and hosting on- and off-site events; and supervising daily store operations. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently, with a strong sales background and a proven track record of both maintaining and building client relationships. An outgoing and approachable personality, a passion for and knowledge of wine and spirits, computer proficiency (including various point of sale and social media platforms), experience in marketing, and great command of spoken and written English are essential. Additional language(s) a definite asset.

Work Performed:

·         Manage, build, and track specialty and corporate sales.

·         Deliver high end sales, service, and education on and off site.

·         Develop, manage, and oversee logistics of web and phone sales.

·         Market Legacy Liquor Store through social media, special events.

·         Store supervision with opening and closing responsibilities.

·         Organize, manage, and develop special events to new groups/demographics.

Key Deliverables/Results:

·         Initiate and maintain new growth in corporate and speciality sales.

·         Development and integration of new sales and marketing techniques.

·         Manage and improve web sales and efficiency.

·         Ensure web and phone orders are filled and delivered accurately and promptly.

·         Maintain a strong sales presence on the floor.

·         Promote Legacy to new client bases.

 

Working Conditions: This is a salaried position that requires a strong presence in the store in sales, supervision, and administrative capacities. Shifts include evenings and weekends. Some travel, including overnights and trips of one week or longer, may be required.

Compensation TBD, depends on experience
