Provincial Wine Sales Rep for BC, based in Vancouver/LML
We are looking to grow and broaden our reach to licensed and on-premise establishments in the Lower Mainland, and BC as a whole. Seeking a passionate, dedicated, self-motivated, positive, persistent individual for full-time outside sales. You will build upon existing accounts and grow sales and the account base with business and relationship development.
Must Possess:
- Strong wine knowledge
- Completed basic wine education courses
- Sales and closing skills/experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation and objection handling skills
- Analytical and selling strategies skills and be able to targeted accounts to enhance wine sales and brand positioning
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Responsive, flexible, Multi-tasking skills and function efficiently in a fast paced environment
- A reliable car and a valid drivers license
- The ability to lift a 40 lb box without restrictions
- Adept and effective use of smart phone/technology and communicate efficiently to management, sales support and customers via all communication channels.
Preference will be given to those with restaurant/hospitality experience and insight into the workings of this industry
Consideration will only be given to those with current wine sales experience and territory management.
