As a growing company, we are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Marketing and Admin Assistant.
Job Description:
As the Full-Time Marketing and Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring smooth administrative operations. You will be responsible for various tasks including digital marketing, inside sales support, social media management, content creation, graphic design, CRM management, and developing/implementing promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Marketing:
o Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our wines.
o Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
o Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and provide regular reports.
• Inside Sales:
o Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries and processing orders.
o Follow up with leads and maintain customer databases.
• Social Media Management:
o Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
o Create engaging content, posts, and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Content Creation:
o Generate creative and compelling content for our website, blog, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
o Write product descriptions, blog posts, and articles related to the wine industry.
• Graphic Design:
o Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
o Ensure brand consistency across all design assets.
• CRM Management:
o Manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate customer records and track
interactions.
o Assist in developing targeted marketing campaigns based on customer data and insights.
• Developing and Implementing Promotions:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and special offers.
o Coordinate promotional activities and track their effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Completion of WSET level 1 or equivalent.
• Currently or previously worked in dynamic, beverage alcohol company.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Passion for wine and knowledge of the wine industry is needed.
