As part of our growth and continued success, we require a full-time Marketing Coordinator who will report to the Senior Brand Manager. The Marketing Coordinator will aid in the development and execution of all marketing tactics. They will be involved in designing and the development of brand support for consumer, winemaker and marketing programs, to promote Von Mandl Family Estates and all its brand families. This person will be responsible for ensuring that consistent and cohesive messaging is delivered at all times to both external and internal parties.

We are looking for a creative, high energy and ambitious individual to co-ordinate and support the marketing function across all channels within the company.  

Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

·         Support the development and manage the execution of programs across a variety of channels, including point-of-sale communications and in-store merchandising, print, digital, consumer events, winemakers appearances and out-of- home initiatives.

·         Collaborate with the PR and events team to co-ordinate     applications for Wine Festivals, Promotional Events, Partnership and Competitions.

·         Develop Marketing collateral for and provide support at trade shows and Winemaker events nationally, as well as partnerships, competitions, media outreach, liquor boards, on-premise and retail Store channels.

·         Create, update and distribute the monthly Marketing calendar/tracker for all marketing and promotional activities.

·         Enhance online presence with website and social media planning and activation alongside the onsite marketing teams at each of our winery properties.

·         Track performance of marketing initiatives through detailed post-mortem analysis of projects/events/launches etc. 

Interested candidates should possess

·         A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Commerce, Business, or Marketing

·         A minimum of 2 – 3 years marketing experience in consumer packaged goods or the British Columbia alcohol Industry.

·         Excellent computer and social media skills, including competency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud

·         Outstanding verbal and written communicator

·         Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds

·         Own a car and hold a valid British Columbia Driver’s license.

·         A flexible work schedule (some evening and weekend work required to align with marketing events schedules)
