Sales Manager
This Canadian company’s product portfolio is one of the broadest in the industry, spanning craft beer, award winning domestic and international wines, and trendsetting ready-to-drink beverages.
This expanding company is looking for a strong Sales Manager to join their team. Your successful sales management experience, energy, drive, and passion are key. While exposure to the alcohol beverage industry is not mandatory, it will set you apart. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team across BC for all aspects of; training and development, on-boarding, retention etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the beverage alcohol or CPG industry
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or related from a recognized institution
- Proven success in field sales
- Proven ability to develop and manage team
- Effective leadership and strategic influencing skills
- Effective business systems thinker and a good understanding of business process knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with others in a diverse environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time
- Strong stakeholder management focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- Proficient with personal computers and business applications
