Job Description

The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of business plans and trade focussed promotions, promotional materials and events in conjunction with our supplier partners, management and sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage annual supplier business plans and promotional budgets
• Plan, lead and execute supplier event and in-market activations
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Coordinator to create and distribute marketing materials
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Coordinator, and Provincial Sales Managers on key account presentations, programming and applications
• Use reporting tools, and liaise with Marketing Analyst to report on supplier performance as it relates to sales, programming, pricing and market level activity
• Manage social media activities

 

Experience and qualifications:

• University degree or diploma in sales and marketing
• Previous Trade Marketing/Brand Management experiance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superior presentation skills
• Highly organized
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results working with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of graphic design and print production
• Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Wine knowledge including understanding of grape growing and winemaking processes and knowledge of the world's most important wine regions
