Rosehall Run is one of Ontario's top wineries located in Prince Edward County. Rosehall Run is currently seeking individuals for part-time work on the crush pad for the 2017 Harvest. Successful candidates will have several years Harvest under their belt and/or a certificate in Viticulture/Wine Production.

This is a part time position with variable hours from September 1 - October 31, 2017

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Receiving and processing fruit

Assisting with fermentation operations including pumpovers, punchdowns, pressing, racking and related activities

Movement of juice and wine in the winery and cellar

Cleaning and sanitation of equipment

Basic lab and field analysis

Monitoring, documenting and reporting activities related to the above.

You will possess a valid driver's license, be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs routinely. A positive attitude and work ethic, attention to detail and dedication to making excellent wine as part of a team are required. Valid forklift training/license and a mechanical aptitude are preferred.
