	Marketing and Sales Coordinator

 

Quails’ Gate Winery is nestled in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in the southern interior of British Columbia. Our 125 acre estate winery, located on the shores of Lake Okanagan, is owned and operated by the Stewart Family, pioneering horticulturists since the turn of the 20^th century. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Marketing and Sales team at the estate.

As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator your duties will include:

·         Manage a calendar of events and  create content publishing calendar

·         Manage and track delivery of brand promotions

·         Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.

·         Track and report on promotional activities, events and digital marketing metrics

·         Coordinate competition consolidation program

·         Build and manage database of trade, media and consumers

·         Produce newsletters to trade, consumers and wine club

·         Assist with creation and distribution of media releases as required

·         Host trade and media on property as required

·         Take and process all purchase orders and diplomat sales at the Sales Order Desk,

Required Education / Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Promotions and Event Planning.
• Two years’ experience with medium sized business in similar or complimentary industry

Some of the things we are looking for in a candidate:

• Proficient in MS Office products; a strong written and verbal communications;
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (or other creative software), web design (Word Press)
• Proven organizational, planning and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Solid time management skills with ability to manage time and priorities with limited supervision
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with video production would be an asset
