We are currently seeking an experienced team leader to fill the permanent full-time role of Field Crew Supervisor. Reporting to the Vineyard Manager and Assistant Manager, this position will be responsible for day to day operations of a team of vineyard crew members, overseeing all aspects of related work.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity with previous experience working in a vineyard. Basic knowledge of Vineyard operations and horticulture is also required.
