The Delf Group is looking to expand its sales force to Winnipeg.
We are seeking a part-time sales representative to represent our portfolio in all trade sectors with a focus on retail accounts.
This position is based in Winnipeg but occasional travel may be necessary.
- Make sales calls to Liquor Marts, private retail liquor stores and on-premise accounts.
- Increase market share of portfolio and customer loyalty through management of accounts.
- Seek and build new business opportunities in all trade channels.
- Analyze sales-related statistics to strategically build your territory.
- Organize and participate in trade marketing events to support our portfolio and build brand loyalty.
- Consistent communication with head office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with determination to succeed in a highly competitive market
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Highly organized and able to work under time restraints with attention to detail and accuracy
- Dedicated to create and maintain strong customer relationships
- Possess basic wine appreciation/education courses and/or sales related experience
- Enjoys working with peers/management and promotes positive communication within a team environment
- Strong work ethic with ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Computer skills - knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs
- Must possess valid Manitoba Driver's License and Canadian Passport
- Post-Secondary education preferred
Preference will be given to candidates with industry experience.
Compensation will be based on experience and skillset.
