Fogo Island Inn is expanding its Food & Beverage Team
We’re preparing for 2021 and beyond and expanding our existing food & beverage teams to complement our current staff contingent. We’ll reopen following the lifting of travel restrictions and are seeking expressions of interest for the following positions:
Kitchen – Skilled cooks with knowledge of kitchen protocols and passion for place-based foodways and hospitality.
Bakery – Experienced Baker familiar with professional kitchen equipment to prepare breads and wide range of pastries and baked items.
Dining Room – Responsible for providing exceptional, personalized dining experiences that convey sense of place and genuine, Fogo Island-specific hospitality.
Bar & Lounge – Enthusiastic bartender with passion for food & beverage service and engaging, warm
communications skills.
