Sous Chef
The Restaurant Sous Chef assists the CedarCreek Winery Chef with the overall operations of the Restaurant & Kitchen and executing the culinary component of special events, concerts, functions and events. The Sous Chef works with the Executive Chef to execute the culinary concept of the farm to table, local, seasonal,  restaurant using expert culinary skills, creative food and wine pairing and kitchen acumen.

Line cook
The Line Cook works with the CedarCreek Winery Chef and Restaurant Chef de Cuisine to execute the overall operations of the restaurant. The team will execute the culinary concept of our farm to table, local, seasonal using expert culinary skills, creative food and wine pairing and kitchen acumen.

Intern

This junior level culinary position is open to all culinary students. This position requires a positive and professional attitude, a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the culinary arts, an interest in acquiring and developing new skills, and the ability to work effectively in team environments.

Dishwasher 

Reporting to the Sous Chefs and Terrace Restaurant Chef or Private Events Chef, the primary responsibility of the Steward (Dishwasher) is to execute cleaning duties and general support to the various tasks of the Terrace Restaurant and Main Kitchen. A great way to gain insight and experience into a professional kitchen environment!
