The Restaurant at Pearl Morissette is seeking an experienced service team member to join our front of house staff on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate has experience in high-end restaurants and is looking to develop in their career as a service professional. This is a junior service team position, with the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within our expanding business. Candidates should have a strong focus on developing their knowledge in wine, as we are a highly wine-focused establishment. You must be comfortable speaking competently about food and wine with specificity to ingredients and technique, within a team-oriented environment.
A familiarity with the wines of Pearl Morissette is not a requirement as you will have the opportunity to work closely with the winery team to develop your knowledge.
