Chef de Partie
3+ years’ experience
Red Seal papers preferred/Culinary Diploma
- Ensure the consistency and quality of all meals created;
- Assist in menu creation
- Contribute to an exceptional culinary experience for all winery guests
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and suppliers
- Maintain accountability for the team
- Assist the Head Chef with ordering and receiving of ingredients.
Steward
2+ years’ experience
- Report to Head Chef and Chef de Partie
- Ensure all pots and pans are hygienically cleaned and stored properly
- Ensure all plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses are hygienically cleaned and stored properly
- Help the cooks with putting away food orders, as requested
- Assist cooks whenever necessary with any prep work
- Contribute to an exceptional culinary experience for all winery guests
