Preferred graduate of a recognized culinary program

Minimum 2 years experience in fast paced/high volume kitchen
Pizza making experience an asset
First Aid Certification an asset

Food Safe Certification
Flexible schedule

Knowledge of ingredients
Organizational and time management skills
Food Safe Certification required
