The Tap Room at Wayne Gretzky Estates is located beside one of Kelowna's best kept secrets, Sandhill Winery. Located in the heart of downtown Kelowna and at BC's oldest winery location, the lounge and retail store also has a selection of branded Gretzky clothing, home decor, cook books, and local artisan treats to suit every budget and taste.
We are seeking an extraordinary, enthusiastic Bar Supervisor and Bar Servers to work at The Tap Room at Wayne Gretzky Estates!
Reporting into the Retail & Experience Manager, the Bar Supervisor will be responsible for daily service delivery of all Food & Beverage at the Wayne Gretzky Tap Room, as well leading the creation and execution of innovative best in class cocktail recipes. This position will balance the preparation and execution of cocktails and drink service while ensuring memorable guest experiences. As the Server your job will be creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining an organized and clean bar.

- A passion for sharing wine and viticultural knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to multi-task
- A "Can Do" attitude and enjoy working under pressure
- An understanding of how to provide best-in-class service for guests
- Ability to be a brand ambassador; you love to entertain others in a fun and engaging way
This teammate will be accountable for:
- Creating memorable guest experiences and for performing all selling and retail functions within the retail boutique
- Sharing wine and viticultural knowledge in a fun and engaging way
- Drive for higher sales and encourage guests to become Wine Club members
- Being a Wine Educator and brand ambassador conveying a consistent and positive brand story
- As the Host you will be responsible for greeting guests with a robust and friendly introduction to the brand and property experience
***Incumbents for these roles must be a minimum of 19 years of age and in possession of a valid "Serve it Right" certification.
