Vin Room is looking for a General Manager. The ideal candidate has :

 - Extensive wine knowledge and a passion for wine, with a WSET diploma or minimum WSET Level 3

- Minimum 2 years in a management role

- Demonstrates food and beverage knowledge with an ability to manage a floor, labor costs and understand our guest is #1

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

- Able to mutli-task, while remaining calm under pressure

- Excellent written communication and good problem-solving abilities

- Experience with Micros and Open Table

- Career aspirations to grow into a larger role with more responsibilities in the future

- A passion for being active on the floor and interacting with guests

- Strong organizational skills including ability to manage functions
