Territory Manager Calgary/Banff, On-Premise

Establish a sales call cycle for 65 plus licensees and 10 boutique stores in the Calgary and Banff territory
-
Responsible for achieving sales targets and generating sales growth in respective territory

Focus on distribution of new products in the licensee channel through by the glass, by the bottle, and feature activation
-
Aggressively grow the market share and presence in the licensee side of the business by building quality partnerships that fit our portfolio of brands

Analyze industry data and be able to interpret the information to build quality sales pitches for our brands, with a strong focus on ROI

Report on a weekly basis to the Field Sales Manager

Ability to present in front of multiple individuals in a professional manner, with a strong level of confidence

Participate in supplier visits, trade events, marketing blitz programs, and consumer events, all of which may fall outside of normal business hours

Ability to develop and execute upon a target list of accounts and brands
-
Capability to manage multiple priorities and focuses at a given time

Manage a marketing support budget at an account level to activate programs and brands

Ability to manage sales territory through a CRM tool

Strong wine knowledge and of the industry and competitors within the industry

This position is very initiative driven and a successful candidate will be expected to have the drive to lead and win all business initiatives

A successful candidate has a high level of discipline and ability to succeed in a system based on accountability
Qualifications
· University/Post Secondary Degree
· 2-3 years sales experience in a similar role
· Previous on premise sales experience in the Beverage alcohol industry is highly recommended
· Above average wine knowledge and educational background is an asset
