Responsibilities:

·         Be accountable for Territory Sales results while fostering great working relationships within a diverse account base and business that includes: Chain, Independents and LIC locations  

·         Service accounts ensuring we deliver best in class sales and experience

·         Be a Sales Pro that can set objectives and plan in detail how you will action your strategy – while at the same time anticipate problems and outline how they’ll be overcome

·         Maintain accurate records utilizing internal account/sales trackers

·         Be the in-field expert and information centre for Management, Ownership, and Marketing

·         Manage business expenses in accordance with company guidelines

·         Liaise with Retail/OP Key Account Managers to support key banners throughout the region 

·         Travel effectively cultivating a professional face to face call cycle with all Buyers

·         Review monthly and historical sales data to formulate targeted plans to capitalize on momentum

·         Be available for all festivals, tastings and high-profile events across the company’s corporate calendar

·         Attend weekly sales meetings via phone

 

 

Requirements:

·         Currently maintains quality business relationships in Key Retail Accounts

·         Poses a high business acumen with a passion for Craft Beer   

·         Ability to analyze statistics with strong computer skills

·         Skilled in calculating the company’s return on investment in all situations

·         An effective Team Player and communicator

·         No driving restrictions and must provide a clean driver’s abstract

·         No travel restrictions

·         Available to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays

·         University Degree and/or Equivalent Experience  

·         Ability to work independently while supporting the team in all facets of our business

·         Comfortable presenting to industry groups and customers throughout all channels
