Averill Creek Vineyard is a 30-acre estate winery located in the heart of the Cowichan Valley wine region on Vancouver Island. Current production ranges between 5000 and 8000 cases. We are seeking a full time Operations Manager to join our team in January 2019. We would like to hear from enthusiastic, motivated candidates who will work with us to achieve winery expansion to 15000 cases over the next 5 years.

This position will involve:

  • Office Management
  • Human Resources
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Logistics Management
  • Digital & Social Media Management

Familiarity with the following will be an asset:

  • Windows
  • Microsoft Office
  • Mailchimp
  • Squarespace
  • Square POS System
  • Moneris POS System
