Responsibilities

• Spearheading marketing initiatives: social media, blogs, advertising, E Commerce, Etc.
• Web support and maintenance
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Data entry, processing sales orders, purchase orders, etc.
• Assist in coordinating efforts to execute plans efficiently and effectively for all business functions
• Manage email correspondence
• Support management initiatives; assisting in all functions with both customers and suppliers, escalating issues to management when required

 

Workday schedule: 

• Mon to Fri (9am-5pm) In office only

 

Requirements and qualifications 

• College/ University Education in a business-related field (Admin, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
• Ability to effectively communicate and read in English (French would be an asset)
• A design oriented individual with Multi Media skills (Photography, Videograpy, Editing, etc.)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and scheduling software such as Heropost or Hootsuite
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in a dynamic role
• An outgoing individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player willing to take initiative and will thrive in a fast-paced work environment
