Quails’ Gate Winery is currently seeking hardworking, detail oriented and passionate Harvest Lab Tech for the upcoming 2022 vintage. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and nurture your passion for winemaking. At Quails’ Gate we believe in providing a quality experience whether you are visiting us or working with us. As a Harvest Lab tech, you will perform all routine chemical, physical and microbiological analyses to monitor product quality from grape through bottling of the finished wine. Lab Technicians possess a sense of urgency, take initiative and work with the highest attention to detail. In a team-based environment this position will also support cellar operations as needed. Quails’ Gate is a fantastic place to grow your craft.

- Hard working and possess a great attention to detail

Requirements:
- Previous cellar experience or winemaking education an asset
- Ability to perform the physical demands of cellar work such as bending, stooping, twisting, pushing pulling, climbing ladders
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in an efficient and safe manner
