We are a diversified winemaking supply business including harvest equipment, laboratory equipment, supplies and solutions, French oak barrels and oak alternatives, ozonators and a full Oenological product line.
As we continue on our successful path, we are looking to add a full-time, motivated, innovative and dedicated member to our team. This person must be fluent in both French and English, have a positive approach and attitude to be able to serve our customers in Quebec.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Bilingual Customer Service Representative
- Managing winery accounts.
- Identifying customers’ needs and providing knowledgeable input and solutions.
- Communication with team and management regarding product quotes for customers and invoicing.
- Being up-to-date with new products and their composition.
- Be organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt.
- Have good people skills and the ability to interact with the public.
- Candidates must demonstrate examples of being self-motivated and possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Ability to manage time, creating an efficient daily schedule.
- Receiving and shipping products, stocking shelves
ADDITIONAL SKILLS and EDUCATION
- This person MUST be able to both speak and write both languages in full grammatical sentences.
- Winemaking or winemaking experience would be an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude would be an asset.
- This person must possess a positive attitude and exhibit great customer service.
- Effective use of networking and strong interpersonal skills
