Are you a highly organized, effective communicator with sharp attention to detail, and a keen interest in wine? If so, we may have an exciting role for you! Dandurand, Canada’s top privately-owned national importer, is expanding and we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our business in Ontario.

This is a permanent full-time position beginning ASAP. You will report to the Director On-Trade, Ontario, and work approximately 75% of the time from the Dandurand Ontario head office location in Mississauga, and 25% within the GTA.

Duties & Responsibilities

·         Order Fulfillment

o   Schedule, pick up and deliver wine orders on time

o   Maintain customer database

·         Bookkeeping

o   Create and process invoices

o   Maintain Accounts Receivable

o   Sales tracking and reporting

·         Consignment & Private Order

o   Forecast and inventory management

o   Coordinate offers, collect orders, process shipment

·         Marketing & Communication

o   Event planning and execution

o   Execute social media content

o   Update sales tools

Skills & Requirements

·         Smart Serve required

·         Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

·         LCBO ELITE (Citrix) an asset

·         WSET II Intermediate / CMS Certified or higher an asset

·         Graphic design experience an asset

·         Must own a car and hold a valid Ontario driver’s licence

·         Must be able to lift and carry 15-20kg with ease

·         Some evening and weekends required

·         Understanding of French or other language(s) an asset
