Univins and Spirits is looking to add a new member to its team in Ontario (Mississauga).  

Univins & Spirits is firmly established in Canada with annual retail sales of more than $ 320 million, representing nearly 2 million cases sold. It’s the number one agency in Quebec and 10th in Canada. Driven by a steady growth in sales since its beginning more than 25 years ago, Univins and Spirits is looking to add a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for the Ontario market. Univins and Spirits offers an entrepreneurial, fast-growing, results-oriented and innovative culture.




The main role of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is to support the Regional Manager and the sales team.  Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

-          In collaboration with the Regional Manager, prepare the various LCBO product call deadlines and the creation of new products applications.

-          Liaising with the LCBO buyers to maintain a steady development of the product portfolio.

-          Liaising with supplier partners to keep product portfolio up to date.

-          Executing all aspects of the supply chain process for the Consignment business (inventory tracking, invoices, preparation of orders, etc.)

-          With the collaboration of the Regional Manager and the head office in Montreal, plan, follow-up and coordinate visits from producers in Ontario, team travels, international fairs, fairs in Ontario, and other events (winemaker dinner, tastings, etc.).

-          Weekly sales and inventory tracking reports.

-          Keeping price lists and other key selling materials up to date.

-          Continue to build relationship with our media partners.




The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

-          Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-          Self-motivated with determination to succeed in a highly competitive market.

-          Highly organized and able to work under time restraints with attention to detail and accuracy.

-          Dedicated to create and maintain strong customer relationships.

-          Strong team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.

-          Strong work ethic with ability to work some evenings and weekends (wine festivals, winemaker dinners).

-          Computer skills - knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs.

-          Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position including the ability to lift 20 kg.



-          Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in a similar role

-          Post - Secondary Education in Business Administration, Marketing or Related Field

-          Successful completion of WSET or industry related courses is an asset



Base salary commensurate according to experience.  Health insurance: collective plan paid at 50% by employer.  Annual wine allowance of portfolio product.
