POSITION DESCRIPTION
The main role of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is to support the Regional Manager and the sales team. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
- In collaboration with the Regional Manager, prepare the various LCBO product call deadlines and the creation of new products applications.
- Liaising with the LCBO buyers to maintain a steady development of the product portfolio.
- Liaising with supplier partners to keep product portfolio up to date.
- Executing all aspects of the supply chain process for the Consignment business (inventory tracking, invoices, preparation of orders, etc.)
- With the collaboration of the Regional Manager and the head office in Montreal, plan, follow-up and coordinate visits from producers in Ontario, team travels, international fairs, fairs in Ontario, and other events (winemaker dinner, tastings, etc.).
- Weekly sales and inventory tracking reports.
- Keeping price lists and other key selling materials up to date.
- Continue to build relationship with our media partners.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- Highly organized and able to work under time restraints with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dedicated to create and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
- Strong work ethic with ability to work some evenings and weekends (wine festivals, winemaker dinners).
- Computer skills - knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position including the ability to lift 20 kg.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in a similar role
- Post - Secondary Education in Business Administration, Marketing or Related Field
- Successful completion of WSET or industry related courses is an asset
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
Base salary commensurate according to experience. Health insurance: collective plan paid at 50% by employer. Annual wine allowance of portfolio product.
