As a bilingual customer service specialist based out of our Niagara on the Lake head office, you will have the opportunity to engage with our customers on a daily basis, performing numerous tasks to ensure that we exceed their expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Front line support for our customer base
- Order processing for fermentation, cellar & filtration supplies
- Work closely with internal colleagues (sales, finance, shipping) to ensure the efficient fulfillment of customer orders and answers to customer questions
- Open to assume new responsibilities as opportunities arise
