1. Efficiently serve customers

6. Open and close store according to established procedures
7. Set up & restock store displays as directed
8. Conduct & maintain inventory records
9. Ensure cleanliness of retail and tasting space
10. Process in-store, phone and on-line orders
11. Arrange product deliveries
12. Execute directives as issued by the Hospitality or Marketing Manager(s)
13. Record and relay store messages
14. Support event set up –tear down including setting tables, polishing glasses etc.
15. Assist in minor food preparation and service at in house and off site events
16. Follows all company policies including OH&S policies
17. Other duties as assigned
