De Simone Vineyards is one of Niagara newest boutique Wineries. Only producing 1200 cases, we are 100% focused on quality from the vineyard to the bottle. We are currently looking for a FEW part timers to join our retail/cellar team for vintage 2018! Ideal Candidate:

- Must be smart serve certified, and have certification on hand prior to applying.

- Cellar experience is an asset

- Retail experience is an asset

- Enthusiasts about wine and confident in sales

- Will be pouring wine, engaging with customers and operating the POS system (must be able to multitask)

- Wine tours and tasting with large groups

- Ability to lift 40lbs

- Racking, Transfering, filtering tanks

- Yeast, nutrient additions

- monitoring fermentation and punch downs

- cleaning tanks/barrels/cellar/equipment

- Good organization skills

- Work well as a team and on their own

- Reliable
