Big Head Wines is looking to grow and develop our tasting room team. We are focused on high quality wine and exceptional, informative guest experiences and need the right people to maintain this vision. The ideal candidate is passionate about service, wine, food and life.
Roles:
- Provide outstanding customer service and conduct educational tastings at a high level of expectation
- Work positively within a team
- Maintain a clean and professional working environment
- Stocking wine
Preferred:
- Formal wine training and education
- Background in service and hospitality
Required:
- Smart Serve Certified
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekend and holidays
- Physically fit to meet the requirements of the job ie. lifting wine cases (50 lbs.), standing for extended periods of time
