Are you looking to develop your experience in the wine industry, as well as nurturing your skills with running a team of strong individuals.
We are looking for an individual that our team will want to follow, as well as work for.
Roles:
- key holder, responsible for opening and closing the day's service
- overseeing service and directing the flow
- scheduling
- disciplinary actions
- guiding team members through the various aspects of our hospitality philosophies
Preferred:
- formal wine training or education ie. WSET, CMS, CAPS
- management courses
Required:
- smart serve certificate
- at least 3 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a restaurant setting
- at least 1 year in a supervisor/management role
- ability to work weekends/holidays. Flexible schedule
- ability to lift 50 lbs (wine cases)
- physically fit to meet requirements of the job ie. lifting cases, standing for long periods.
