A brand new 1st time offered position in our company awaits for you to create your own solid future in a great family run work place.
The individual must be very creative, outgoing and has an imagination for creativitry for ads and building new untapped revenue streams while maintaining relationships.
Being a self starter and independent team member the candidiate will also work directly with the owner and veteran staff in an effort to fast track responses and secure sales.
This position is also responsible for (but not limited to):
Seeking out new lines of business revenue and partnership opportunities,
- Building new revenue streams outside the region.
- Creating multiple proposals DAILY.
- Inventive in the OFF SEASON -Shoulder season)
- Facebook, website ads and social media creativity.
- Familiar with SEO visions
- Answering phones for daily bookings.
- Informing customers by e-mail & by telephone of any relevant information, and follow ups to proposals such
- Answering phones along with a dynamic team.
- Receiving and responding to customer complaints
- Calculating and compiling order-related statistics, and preparing reports for management as required
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role
- Previous experience working in the wine industry an asset but not relevant
- Previous experience in an office administrative role an asset
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Outlook as well as web site creativity and social media.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Excellent listening and organizational skills
- Interest in the world of wine
Hourly or Salary To be discussed.
Based on experience with bonus and commission structure.
