We are SEEKING IMMEDIATELY, an experienced Trade Marketing Support/Client Services Specialist to support our growing clientele business in the Beverage Alcohol sector. The ideal candidate has experience in trade marketing and client service support and is looking to develop in their career as a client service professional. The successful incumbent brings passion for the Beverage Alcohol sector and is driven to exceed client service expectations.

Trade Marketing Support/Client Services Specialist

Job Summary

The Trade Marketing Support/Client Services Specialist is responsible for coordinating the day to day execution of the tactical operational requirements and expectations of clients in our beverage Alcohol Division. S(h)e ensures the daily smooth operations of the administrative function and supports the field management.

Responsibilities :

Client Services

·        Builds relationships with clients within grocery channels and with the LCBO

·        Collects program info and execution input, format and share it for execution, and complete the reporting /invoice process and approve payroll and manage budgets.

·        Supports senior management with program set up and wrap up, including but not limited to: sourcing, issuing POs, vendor payments, logistics, recruiting, training, payroll and budget reconciliation.

Marketing

·        Contributes to the development of provincial and nation-wide demo programs

Operational

·        Ensures a smooth and seamless execution of the tasting program through attention to detail of program specific needs and drive training and executional standards.

·        Coordinates bookings; in-store inventory and invoicing.

·        Responsible for monitoring all expenses and program costs from suppliers and vendors.

·        Tracking & reporting metrics to Senior Management.

·        Delivering key messages for high profile clients at high profile events.

The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications:

·        University degree in in Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration

·         Minimum of 3 years industry work experience, ideally working with clients across Canada

·         Experience in demos, on local and Canada wide basis

·         A passion for wine and the business of wine

·         Demonstrated knowledge of trade marketing principles, market analysis and program development

·         Working knowledge of all major social media platforms

·         Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite

·         Strong interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills

·         Demonstrates leadership, initiative and a drive to win

·         Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

·         Flexibility to attend industry’s events outside of the regular working hours
