Position Title: Tasting Room Associate
Part-time, Full-time, Seasonal
About you: We are searching for personable and outgoing wine lovers to join our team for our 2022 season and help share our Noble tales to all.
Daily Duties: As a Noble Ridge Ambassador, your duties will include warmly welcome guests upon arrival and really take time to understand their wants and needs out of their customized experience with us. Using the extensive wine training provided by our on-site Sommelier and winemaker, you will guide guests through their tasting experience. Every guest is visiting for a different reason so being able to read your guests is key! Conclude experiences by assisting guests with purchases and ensure they are happy with their visit to Noble Ridge. Other duties include but are not limited to merchandising, educating guests on the wine club and assist with winery events.
Requirements:
- 19 years of age or older
- Serving It Right certificate
- Passionate about people, wine, food and the hospitality industry
- WSET or ISG considered an asset but not mandatory
- Detail oriented, multitasking ability and strong work ethic required – individually and as part of a team
- Sales and retail experience
- Courteous, friendly with a positive attitude
- Able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Able to work weekends and holidays throughout the season
