At ROAD 13, ‘it’s all about the dirt’, our team, and our desire to deliver exceptional experiences. On our road there are no shortcuts. We work hard. We rely on each other. We respect the land. Our grapes grow outside our front door and just over the hill in the Similkameen. Farming these rows one vine at a time is how we bring out big, bold flavours in the wine. To work this hard, you have to love what you do. We do what works. Farming organically. Respecting the dirt under our feet and making big, bold wines.
Our Culture:
We hire passionate people, because nothing great is done without passion. We trust those closest to the work to do what’s right, to act like an owner. We believe empowerment allows people to take pride in their contributions, inspires them to share their ideas, and allows all of us to build a lasting legacy in the wine industry.
