CASSINI CELLARS is a boutique winery located in Oliver the BCwine capital .We are 12 years old and growing strong. Our objective is to produce premium wines that reflect and respect our unique terroir.

We are seeking a full time CELLAR HAND to assist the winemaker in the cellar and vineyard.

Job requirements :

Have at least 1 year experience and legal to work in Canada,valid driving licence and clean driving record , hands on , dependable, ability to work overtime and weekends during the crush.

Strong commitement to qualityand maintain a positive atttude in the workplace. Ability to lift 55 lb. Needs transportation to and from work 

Duties :

must have experience performing : inoculation, ferment and cap management, pressing, racking, pump overs, wine transfers, bottling, barrel maintenance and other winery related jobs. Vineyard work and other  duties related on the summer months. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.

Preference given to those with previous winery experience.Forklift experience is an asset.
