We are seeing ambitious, dedicated and motivated individuals with a passion for wine to join our cellar team for the 2018 vintage. Term of employment will be approximately 12-16 weeks in duration.
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Post-secondary education with an emphasis on winemaking from an accredited and recognized academic institution
- Previous experience of 2+ vintages is required with international experience considered an asset
- Familiarity with a wide range of winemaking equipment including crusher/de-stemmers, presses, pumps and filters
- Experience in all aspects fo the winemaking process including fruit receipt and processing, rackings, barrelwork, and winery sanitation
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends
- Non-resident applicants must qualify for International Experience Canada Visa. Application and acceptance will solely be the applicants responsibility.
