Osoyoos Larose Winery, ultra premium winery, produced great top red wine in the Okanagan Valley is looking for an assistant vineyard manager for its 80 acre estate vineyard.

The candidate will have a key position and will be working with the winemaker, executive manager of the company.

The assistant vineyard manager's responsabilities include:

Ensuring that vineyard is suitable for making super premium wines.

Vineyard operation: pruning, tying, tucking, tractor operation sprayers, hedgers

Assist with irrigation system

Assist in training and developing vineyard leads and crew members

Working closely with the winemaker to ensure that winemaking objectives are successfully achieved.

Position Requirements:

Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs

Experience operating tractors ans vineyard equipment

Strong attention to detail and high standards of quality control

Positive "Can do" attitude

Good people skills

Passion for wine and viticulture
