Cellar Master (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

Renowned canadian winery is looking for a cellar master to join a young dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take part in an ambitious project on an exceptional terroir.

 

 

Under the supervision of the technical director:

· Supervise the teams in the cellar

· Organize, supervise, and control all winemaking and aging operations in accordance with the technical directors’ specifications

· Ensure the upkeep of the cellar and the proper maintenance of equipment

· Organize the preparation of the harvest and ensure the smooth running of it as well as the bottling and labeling operations.

· Carry out regular reporting to the technical director.

· Apply and enforce health and safety within the winery

Profile

Higher education degree in Oenology/winemaking. English and driving license essential

Several harvests

Salary depending on experience, health insurance, bonus scheme.
