We are seeking an enthusiastic, big picture, organized leader to head up the Food and Beverage operations of a boutique, lifestyle branded hotel in the beautiful South Okanagan.  Live in wine country, delivering exceptional guest experiences across our signature restaurant, banquet operation, market and multiple outdoor pool service areas.

Successful candidates will:

·         Be mentors to their staff

·         Want to own accountability and responsibility for driving the operation

·         Have experience being the face and leader of a multi-faceted food and beverage operation

·         Possess a strong knowledge of food & beverage operations within a hotel/resort environment
