Fine Vintage Winner is one of North America’s largest providers of wine education including WSET and our own Fine Vintage in-person and Online courses. With 16 schools and growing across the United States and Canada offering Levels 1, 2, 3, and Diploma, we are an industry leader in providing the highest quality of wine education.

We are looking for new instructors to join our team and run courses in Ottawa.

Applicants must be able to show the following skills and qualifications:

  • WSET Diploma is a must. Please do not apply unless you have the Diploma.
  • Have at least 10-years’ experience in the wine industry;
  • Have visited a large number of wine regions around the world, especially the classic regions;
  • Have excellent teaching and public speaking abilities;
  • Exceptional organizational skills;
  • Be recognized as a wine expert in the local area.

The position will be on a contract basis.  Requirements of this position include:

  • Selecting wines according to curriculum guidelines within a pre-established budget;
  • Preparing wine logs for each class;
  • Conducting classes with charisma, entertainment and 1st class education;
  • Invigilate exams according to strict WSET and FV guidelines;
  • Assist with marketing activities to promote Fine Vintage courses in the local area.
  • Depending on our own status in each city you will either join our existing team of outstanding instructors or you will be the lead educator.
