This collection of stars overlooks the region, much in the way the winery covers the Okanagan Valley searching for the finest grapes. Day in the life:
As the Wine Shop Manager you will act as an ambassador for Perseus and be responsible for the day to day operation of the retail floor. Working within our casual wine shop environment, you will deliver the ultimate level of customer service, educate guests on our wines, and ensure the experience for all visitors exceeds expectations.
The Details:
· Be responsible for retail sales in the wine shop & leading public tours & tastings
· Greet and interact with all guests in a friendly and professional manner
· Coordinate with local tour companies to organize bookings
· Maintain merchandising, organization and cleanliness on the retail floor and behind the tasting bar
· Provide leadership to wine shop associates, ensuring company policies and standard opening and closing procedures are followed.
The Requirements:
· Serving it Right
· Retail Sales experience, preferably in the wine industry
· Passionate about the wine industry
· First Aid training is an asset
