We are a small winery south of Vineland specializing in Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. We are looking for a bilingual individual to take on a supporting administrative role at the winery.

 Job Description:

• Answer phones, respond to emails
• Assist with communication with our customers from Quebec
• Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
• Process licensee and retail orders
• Process monopoly (SAQ, LCBO, etc.) tenders and orders
• Track daily and monthly sales and volume numbers
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Monthly J10 reports for the LCBO (via accountant)
• Reconcile till
• Upload all sales to Sage
• Track all licensee orders for commission for sales reps
• Process payroll
• Coordinate with the retail manager and winemaking team on various projects
• Work with the retail manager to track inventory at warehouse
• Maintain the POS system
• Attend meetings, take minutes

 Requirements:

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Smart Serve certified
• 19 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Bookkeeping experience an asset
• Proficiency in Sage and Excel
• Must be proactive: able to identify jobs and get them done without being told
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Must be able to wear many hats
