We are seeking an organized Office Administrator to join our growing team. Successful applicants will have strong customer service, time management, and computer skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. Wine knowledge is an asset but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Answer and redirect phone calls and emails

·        Maintain and distribute staff phone directory and email list

·        Prepare, track and receive courier shipments

·        Create gift certificates, gift cards, tasting mats, store signs and other printed materials

·        Maintain business center including office supplies and printer

·        Meeting set-up, catering and clean-up

·        Manage mail including post office drop-off and pick-up

·        Coordinate Summer BBQ and Holiday Party

·        Manage vintage changes

·        Booking tours, events, and guest house reservations through Book that App

·        Manage donation and sponsorship requests

·        Coordinating media samples and track coverage

·        Maintain online store inventory

·        Manage samples and materials for media, competitions, and offsite events

·        Oversee printing of business cards, tasting cards, etc.

·        Submit applications for wine competitions, coordinate samples accordingly.

·        Coordinate staff tastings when necessary

·        Manage office cleaning crew

·        Maintain general appearance of the office including fridge and dishwasher

Maintain kitchen, washroom and miscellaneous supplies
