We are seeking an organized Order Desk Administrator to join our growing team. Successful applicants will have strong customer service, time management, and computer skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. Wine knowledge is an asset but not required.
- Receive and process orders from multiple channels
- Engage customers and provide them with requested information
- Communicate with Sales Team to ensure delivery deadlines and order details are met
- Create Sales Orders in Quickbooks
- Communicate with multiple departments with regards to product availability, delivery scheduling, and order details
- Manage in-house delivery schedule
- Manage courier deliveries
